Muslim couple tortured in police station

A Muslim elderly man along with his wife was taken to the police station in Bokaro, Jharkhand and both were severely beaten by the police on the suspicion of theft the whole night. However, no evidence was found against the couple. The locals also vouched for the man that he was one of the reputed members of the community. The police officials tied up Amanat and beat him up black and blue. The police also plucked his toe nails and ruptured the sole of his feet. His wife was also beaten by the lady and gent constables.
