Muslim student killed in premedaited car accident

A 16 year old Muslim student was hit and run over by a car driven by Hindu cow vigilantes. He died after being hit. Samir, the student along with his friend used to go running on a road where he had an argument with the local leader of Bajrang Dal called Anil about the overspeeding of the latter. Anil threatened him that, “he’d run him and his friends over if he ever sees them running on this road again and they won’t be able to do anything because he has relationships with Gauraksha Dal and Bajrang Dal,” reads the FIR accessed by Maktoob Media. After running over Sabir he stopped his car and told Sabir’s friend,”I’ve run over your brother, now you know me.” The FIR was lodged by Sabir’s uncle after the incident under the sections 302, 143, and 506 of the IPC. Police had arrested three people out of the seven accused named in the FIR.
