Muslim woman gangraped at HYV activist’s house

Hindu Yuva Vahini leader Meenakshi Chauhan has been accused of being involved in the gangrape of a Muslim woman in Meerut. According to the victim she got acquainted with the accused when she used to visit her. She was given a cold drink with sedatives. The woman alleged that she was then raped by Meenakshi’s son and brother-in-law. After raping her, they beat her and even threatened her to not report the incident to the police. They threatened her that they’d circulate the video on the internet. Meenakshi Chauhan denied all the claims and said this is a conspiracy against her. No arrest was made.
