Boy thrashed for refusing to chant Jai Shri Ram

A minor Muslim boy was thrashed by two Hindutva extremists on Friday in Ghaziabad. They stopped him while he was going on his bike and forced him to chant Jai Shri Ram. They had a gun and threatened him with that. They hit a nail on his hand and they even hit him on his back. When they saw that he was bleeding excessively, they ran away saying “let him die.” When the boy went to file the complaint the police told him to remove the part of “Jai Shri Ram” from his complaint. The police arrested two people involved in the incident. The police also denied any claims of sloganeering.
