A Muslim tanga owner Noor Alam was harassed in Lucknow because his tanga-cart was painted in green colour with a crescent moon and a star. The tanga driver was forced to chant ‘Pakistan Murdabad’. ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’, ‘Jai Hind’, and ‘Hindustan Zindabad.’ Noor said that he had the crescent and the star painted from the past 20-22 years. The video of the unidentified man and the tanga driver was shared on social media. The crescent and the star are the symbols of Islam while the Pakistani flag has a white stripe on the left additionally with the celestial objects.
