A Muslim man was lynched to death by the Hindu goons while he had gone to buy medicines. His friend Rashid was with him. About 15 men in 3-4 cars kept hitting his vehicle from all sides while he was driving back. They overturned Khan’s car and started beating them brutally. Rashid managed to escape with injuries. He said that the goons were saying that they will not leave any Mullahs alive and they’d make them say Jai Shri Ram. The family of the victim protested and refused to bury the body until the arrests were made. 6 people were arrested under sections 148, 149, 302, 323, 341 of the IPC and section 25 of the Arms Act. Asif’s body was found in Nangli village.
