Saffron Flag hoisted on the Gate of Mosque

Mosque and Madrasa Islamiya Arabiya was found having saffron flags hoisted on its main gate in Koat Bazar of Sitamarhi district in Bihar. SP Anil Kumar was informed of the same and thereafter the DSP along with a dozen officers arrived at the spot and removed the flags. This Mosque is the victim of many other such incidents owing to its physical location which happens to be in a Hindu majority area. During the Durga pooja in 1992, this Mosque and Madrasa had been ransacked and looted after which this ordeal of trouble between communities began.
