Youth Thrashed for not Chanting Jai Shri Ram

Israil was on his way over to a friend's house in the event of a power cut when he found himself surrounded by a group of people who forced him to chant “Jai Sri Ram”. Upon his resistance he was attacked with a knife on his head and neck in an attempt to slit his throat. He named 7 accused but complaints were registered only against 6 people. No arrests were made.
