Muslim vendor was assaulted after asking name

Noor Mohammed, a vendor while selling his fruits at Awas Vikas Colony was asked his name by a few passengers in a car. Upon hearing his name, and identifying him as a Muslim the group verbally assualted him. Then took an iron rod and hit him on his head. They also asked him not to be seen in the locality again. Noor said that he recognized the boys' faces as residents of that locality itself. The matter is still under investigation.
