Bihar Mob Beats 4 Over Child-Lifting Suspicions, Intensifies Attack After Learning Muslim Identity

Eyewitnesses reported that 15 people stopped their car, accused them of being child-lifters, and started beating them up with sticks as a mob of over 130 people attacked them on the grounds that they were allegedly kidnappers. "Beat them, they are Muslims," the mob shouted as they intensified their attack after learning that their victims were Muslims. Rahman, who has head injuries, has been taken to a hospital in Ranchi, while the other three are being hospitalized in Patna hospitals.
