Brutal assault on Muslim family over disagreement

This incident occurred when a girl from Yasin’s family was molested when she went to open their shop. Yasin had raised objections to construction of a building by razing an old mansion near his shop. A case was already registered regarding the same and the court had restricted entry of accused in that area. In spite of a restriction order by court and in the view of police the accused barged in the area and started physically assaulting members of Yasin's family with stick, iron rods and the mob even pelted stones at them. This scenario continued till some of the victims fell unconscious. Although many complaints were made against the accused by Yasin and his family the police failed to take any concrete action against the accused.
