A Muslim doctor was thrashed brutally by a mob when he went out to buy milk for Iftar. The incident took place at Ardee City, Gurugram. He was driving his Baleno when two men came in a Fortuner and started hurling abuses at him. Later they called 8-9 more men and they started thrashing him with sticks. The doctor tried calling the police but he fell unconscious. He suffered injuries on his head, eyes, face, back, and legs. The police came and took him to Civil Hospital. An FIR was registered under sections 143, 149, 323, and 506 of the IPC.
