Mohammed Istekhar was returning home from Teghra market after purchasing buffalo meat, on his way some miscreants chased him and brutally assaulted him on suspicion of carrying beef, the mob later took him to a nearby field and brutally assaulted him with sticks, iron rods and butt of a gun. The police registered an FIR against the victim while the mob was set free.
