Kashmiris beaten up in Delhi

The victims were travelling in an almost empty compartment with two male and two female passengers sitting next to them. Since they got on the train, the male passengers had been giving them threatening looks. The two guys allegedly began shouting insults at them as the train arrived at Shakur Basti, referring to them as filthy Kashmiris and even insulting their mothers and sisters. The accused allegedly said that the victims had killed their soldiers and themselves claimed to be from the military. Approximately 15 to 20 men from the nearby compartment entered, and they also started abusing and hitting the victims with belts and eventually threw the 3 kashmiris out of the train. The mob stole all of their possessions. The victims attempted to file a complaint with the police by making numerous calls, however the police never returned their calls. They dragged themselves to a hospital in West Delhi in a condition of helplessness.
