Two Muslim men were allegedly thrashed by 6 Hindus for transporting cows. The incident happened in Kasaragod, Kerala. The two men Hamza, and Altaf were transporting two cows and a calf from Karnataka. The assailants started following them in a Hyundai car. The 6 assailants dragged the 2 men out of the van, asked them where were they taking the cows and thrashed them brutally even after possessing the fitness certificates issued by a vet for cows. Hamza and altaf were middle men who were transporting the cattle from the seller to the buyer. The buyer, Harris, also claimed that they stole Rs 50,000 from the van that was meant for him. 4 of the 6 asailants were identified by the police from the description giving by the victims. Harris suspected that the attackers were from Bajrang Dal.
