Amir Hanzla had completed his Class 10th and was working in a bag stitching unit. On the day of his murder he went to participate in an anti CAA and NRC protest. His body was found in a decomposed state on December 31, 10 days after he went missing. On post mortem it was found that he was physically abused. Few hindutva Activists are arrested for this incident.
