A Muslim migrant worker was shot dead in Karnal. He was travelling with other migrant workers to UP for casting his vote in a poll. They were stopped by Gau Raksha Dal members. Suddenly someone opened fire killing the man. Another man got minor injuries. After the incident the Gau Raksha Dal members and the police tried to flee to conceal the incident. 2 cops and 3 accused were held for the crime.
