Bihar Minister’s son behind communal violence

Union Minister Ashwani Choubey’s son booked for connection in the communal clashes in Bhagalpur, Bihar along with 20 others. Two cases were lodged against him. The first one against conducting procession without permission, roaming on roads while displaying arms, and inciting religious sentiments. Three people had got injured including two police personnel during the riots which saw heavy stone pelting and instances of arson, vandalism and gunfires. Heavy force was deployed to control the situation. The clashes had erupted over the playing of loud provocative music in minority dominated areas.
