A mosque by the name of Mosque Umar was destroyed in Halotali village in Fathegarh district in Punjab. This led to a rise in communal tension. The police force was deployed and they took the situation back in control. The reconstruction of the mosque wasn’t allowed to prevent the communal tension. Rather the Muslims were given a room in the village to perform their prayers.
