Houses belongs to muslims set on fire in Sehore

After a young local Rajut girl was found missing after school hours, her family suspected a particular muslim boy to have abducted her. This raised tension within the village. The people of hindu community set fire to 20 houses of muslims the following day. People escased but suffered several minor injuries. The police handled the situation by identifying 12 out of 50 accused perpetrators and filing relevant charges against them. The district collector also announced compensation for the victims.
