A Ram Navmi procession was passing through Siwandih. The locals objected the pass through of the procession. The situation soon turned violent. Both the communities pelted stones on each other. Vehicles were vandalized and some were set on fire. 12 people got injured including cops and media personnel. Curfew was imposed in the area.
