Tense atmosphere after attack on Muslim

A Muslim man was attacked with an axe. The incident happened in Atali, Ballabhgarh which injured him severely. He was taken to the hospital. But his condition was deteriorating and he was shifted to Delhi. This incident happened amidst the ongoing violence. Muslims in the village had laready left their home and had taken refuge in the police station. They were hungry and in unhygienic conditions in the makeshift tents placed in the police station. The police failed to take strict action. They had arrested a few people who were involved in the axe incident but they were let go by the police saying that making arrests would make the situation worse. Section 144 was also imposed in the area
