A communal violence broke out in Juranpur village in West Bengal. A Hindu procession was passing through the village near a mosque. The Muslims allegedly attacked the procession. Soon there was stone pelting an dfiring from both the sides. 4 people were killed in the incident. Around 8 people got injured. Houses of Muslims were also looted and burnt. Even bombs were hurled from both the sides. Although the response of the police was slow, the situation was taken back under control
