Communal tension in Kishanganj

A rumour spread in Kishanganj that a severed head of a cow was thrown in front of a temple. People got enraged over this and the news spread like wildfire. The group forced the shops to shut down. They even damaged some vehicles and set them ablaze. Additional security forces along with police were deployed. Curfew was imposed in the area.
