A Muslim cab driver was abused and beaten in Thane, Maharashtra. He was forced to say Jai Shri Ram. His car broke down in the middle of the road and he was trying to restart the car. 3 men under the influence of alcohol came on a scooter and started banging on his windows. They dragged him out along with a passenger and started beating them both. Police arrested the 3 accused after Faisal had notyed the number of their scooter. They had been charged under sections 295 and 392 of the IPC.
