Some miscreants set fire on the roof of a mosque. The incident happened in a village in Shamli. On the night of Holi, some miscreants climbed the masjid and placed pieces of wood on the roof. Then they set fire to it. A part of the roof of the mosque got damaged in the fire. The roof of the house next to the mosque also caught fire. The house belonged to Hafiz Nazir. Police came to the spot and managed to extinguish the fire. But they were unable to catch the culprits. They said no evidences could be found regarding the accused men.
