Torture; Current shock given to a boy by police

2 PU girls from a private college went missing and the police reportedly picked a muslim boy who was allegedly in touch with the girl through social media, the cops have charged Nisar of abducting the girls and had reportedly tortured him in custody with electric shocks in the name of interrogation, however he was released. When the girls were questioned, they said that they left home on their own, to pursue a better life.
