Three Kashmiri Muslims were going in a truck. They were attacked by a petrol bumb in Udhampur. The driver escaped but the other two members including a policeman who tried to save them were inflicted with burns. This was done in a fit of rage because cow carcasses were found in the same area a day before. An FIR was filed under sections 307, 336, 437, 147, 148, 120B of the IPC and 427 RPC. 6 people were arrested.
