Tension in UP over killing of a Muslim man

Tension was created in UP village after a Muslim man was lynched. A 50 year old man was attacked by 5 men from a different community. He was hit on the head and got injured severely. He was taken to the hospital where he succumbed to the injuries. The members of the Muslim community staged a protests, blocked the road, and refused to bury the victim until the 5 men were arrested. They were convinced by the Additional District Magistrate that the accused will be arrested and a recommendation will be sent to the government for compensation to the family. Heavy police force was deployed in the village. A case was registered against the 5 accused.
