In a horrifying incident, a mob can be seen beating up an unidentified Kashmiri youth in Fatehpur. The young man, who is thought to be a student, is said to have been beaten up by the locals after being branded a "stone pelter" and being ordered to sing the slogans "Vande Mataram" and "Jai Shree Ram." The young man with the beard was traumatized as a group of males are seen clutching the boy's shirt collar while men and women nearby watch in silence. The Kashmiri kid is also instructed by the mob to claim that he was beaten up by some individuals in Rajasthan in order to serve as a warning to those who throw stones at the Army. The men threatened to beat them similarly to how they beat the victim if they continued to throw stones.
