Junaid stabbed to death

Junaid is brutally murdered by a mob while travelling in a train, and thrown out of it. Using the witnesses names of accused Rameshwar, Pardeep, Gaurav and Chander Parkash are disclosed. All four were arrested. One more accused Naresh Kumar gets apprehended by the Police. He was the one who stabbed Junaid. Chander Parkash and Gaurav sought bail. And soon after, Both of them along with Pardeep were granted bail by the Sessions court. Rameshwar Dass also applied for bail but his plea was dismissed. An advocate general falsely alleges before the High Court that Junaid’s family want to settle the matter in exchange for 2 crores and 3 acres of land, but the family denies all such allegations. The high courts dismissed the request to hand over the case to CBI for further investigation on the grounds that this matter wasn't national or international in nature. After a while even Accused Rameshwar Dass is granted bail by the Punjab & Haryana HC. Followed by Naresh Kumar as well Getting out on bail.
